Anya Taylor-Joy stars as the eponymous matchmaker in this adaptation of the Jane Austen novel directed by Autumn de Wilde. Emma Woodhouse has a tendency to meddle in the lives of those closest to her but when she involves herself in her friend Harriet Smith (Mia Goth)'s love life, she risks costing her a chance at true happiness. Meanwhile, she finds herself growing closer to George Knightly (Johnny Flynn), who frequently disapproves of her actions. The cast also includes Bill Nighy, Miranda Hart and Josh O'Connor.
