The battle for life and freedom continues, Ukraine resolutely rebuffs the "Russian measure". The author is an observer and participant in a number of described events, in particular as an artist, analyst, and military serviceman. The book contains the voices of military personnel, writers, journalists, politicians, scientists, and war victims. A decisive battle is being fought both at the front and in the information field — with hostile stereotypes that have taken root in many countries of the world under the influence of Russian propaganda. There are still many days of struggle, trials, and pain ahead. And all for the sake of victory — the right of Ukrainians to be and confidently move towards their own future. The diary is framed by Anatoly Dnistrovoy's graphic paintings, some of which he created during a candlelight blackout in the winter of 2022-2023.
