Biography/History:
Louise Cooper was born in Hertfordshire. She hated school and spent lessons clandestinely writing stories. Her first novel was published when she was 20 and she then moved to London to work in publishing. She later become a full-time writer and has written over 80 novels - for both children and adults. She also writes occasional short stories for anthologies. She lives on the coast of Cornwall and gains a great deal of inspiration from the scenery of the surrounding area.
