Biography/History:
Gaby Chapman works in marketing communications and publishing. She has been running her own writing business since having children. A mother of three hungry boys, she found the daily struggle of getting a meal to the table at a reasonable hour difficult, despite having a mountain of cookbooks at home. Together with chef Jen Petrovic, she co-founded meal planning app Plan Buy Cook, one of Apple's top-selling meal planning apps. Gaby and Jen formulated the 4+2+1 = dinner done plan to make meal planning a breeze. They have delivered workshops around Melbourne on minimising food wastage and cooking from scratch for everyday eating. Gaby can now get a meal on the table without fuss every night of the week. Even her fussy eater is happy.
