In this book we take a look at some of the historic murders and foul deeds that have taken place in an area of Kent known as 'Thanet'. Even if you have never heard of this area there cannot be an English person alive that has not heard of Thanet's principal town, Margate. Once celebrated as the Blackpool of the South, Margate will forever be synonymous with donkey rides, golden sands, kiss-me-quick hats, sticks of rock and of course Chas and Dave's 80's classic the Margate song. But as memorable as “Margit” is, there are two other towns in Thanet with an equally rich history of their own - Ramsgate and Broadstairs. These three seemly innocent seaside towns have given us some fascinating murders, some solved but others so mysterious that even today the police are still baffled.
