Summary

The local building society manager has disappeared after a mysterious dinner engagement and now the Society has uncovered a major mortgage fraud. DI Jim Trussell and DS Jackie Joynton struggle to investigate the matter as nobody is what they seem to be and potential suspects turn up dead before they can speak to them.
