Become a Kent Library Member

Joining Kent Libraries is free and open to everyone. You only need to register online if you have not already done so at a library.

Joining online will provide you with a basic library membership that will enable you to reserve items for collection from one of our libraries or mobile libraries, as well as use our online resources, such as e-books, e-audiobooks, e-magazines and e-newspapers.

Terms and Conditions

• Kent Libraries, including our community library partners, are part of the SELMS Consortium. Your borrower record will be held on a shared database, but your details will only be available in another authority if you choose to borrow or reserve items from that authority. All personal data is held strictly in accordance with the requirements of current Data Protection legislation.
